CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

 

Clubhouse policies have been adopted by and approved by the Weatherstone Homeowners Association. Any questions should be directed to the HOA Board. 

POLICIES

The clubhouse is for residents and their guests only. You must be current on your dues to rent the clubhouse. You may not sublet the clubhouse, a resident must be the primary user and must be present for the entire event. Residents are limited to 6 reservations per year. The rental cost is $150/day for private events and must be paid in advance. There is also a refundable $150 deposit. See the Clubhouse Agreement for more details.
